Delivery 1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse delivery.
2 If paying by electronic means such as PayPal or credit card, we will only be able to ship to the verified billing address on file with that company. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as .UNCHECKED.Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Advice 1 Most of our products require professional fitting, and we are unable to warrant these products. However, we are happy to replace any product that is "not as described" if we are informed within 48 hours of receipt (verifiable by tracking). 2 We are always prepared to offer advice about the goods including advice about installation, compatibility, configuration, and product upgrades.
